Moore / Courtlandt 152nd - NYCHA PACT 12. The redevelopment of 684 residential units across four buildings in the South Bronx will bring transformative improvements to the community. The scope of work includes a comprehensive rehabilitation of all four buildings, the implementation of vital social service programs, and the introduction of new amenities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life.
