Grace’s Place is a thoughtfully designed Senior Housing development that will offer 82 residences under the HPD SARA term sheet, with 30% of the units dedicated to formerly homeless seniors.
The project will integrate commercial and retail space along Central Avenue, while residential, offices, and ground-level parking entrances will be conveniently situated on Nameoke Street.
Construction completion scheduled for Winter 2025.
19 Cornaga Ave-located in the Downtown Far Rockaway Special Purpose District, an area created as part of a plan to strengthen the community by encouraging diverse use of vacant and underutilized sites near mass transit and primary corridors. The project will include 92 units, of which 60 will be supportive housing units and 32 will be M.I.H. units. The compact building mass will identified as a Supportive Housing project.
Construction completion scheduled for Winter 2026.
Place Sainte Marie is a (40) unit affordable housing project, comprised of two and three-bedroom apartment homes, separated into two buildings.
Renovations being performed under the guidance of the National Parks Service and Historic Preservation to these 150 year old buildings.
Construction completion scheduled for Summer 2026.
Singing Bridge- Chicopee Baskin is a
(105) unit affordable housing project with a new 8 story high rise building situated adjacent the Chicopee River.
Construction completion scheduled for Summer 2027.
