Sydney Capital Group LLC was started in 2017 by Hammad Graham, an affordable housing professional with 17 years of industry experience across multiple disciplines.

Hammad  has built a distinguished career in Affordable and Workforce Housing Finance and Development. After earning his BA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA in Global Management from Babson College’s  School of Business. 

Hammad began his journey with  Madison Park Development Corporation. He later joined the NYC Housing Development Corporation, where he helped finance affordable housing across the five boroughs. 

Hammad has worked in equity syndication and as the Director of Development for an affordable housing development firm before starting Syd Cap in 2017. 

His expertise in real estate investment and housing finance fuels sustainable growth and economic empowerment.

Through strategic development and community-driven initiatives, Hammad fosters long-term stability, expanding opportunities for individuals and businesses. 

His leadership ensures impactful investments that strengthen communities, creating pathways for equitable housing and lasting prosperity.
